1823 Letter from Venice (23.12.1823) handwritten "Con Cap" and given to an Authority somewhere in Rommeli or Morea (lilac-brown oval cachet). Then forwarded to Ionians arrival 31.12.1823, green "ISOLE JONIE" (Vl. 1) postrate in its middle. A small black seal is probably the private seal of the sender.
